Sal Ceraldi, Owner & Organization Coach

Experience:

Coach Sal has over 13 years of coaching experience. He has coached at all different levels from t-ball through high school. He started as a young adult when his dreams of becoming a professional baseball player was cut short due to an injury. He knew he still wanted to be on the baseball field even though he couldn't play anymore. Coach Sal dreamed of having his own organization one day and his dream is coming true now. Watching his sons from the sidelines he knew he had to get back on the baseball field. With a high baseball IQ he wants to share his knowledge to these young athletes for a better understanding of the game.

Organization:

With the economy the way it's been he wants to lessen the financial obligation on families. It's not about making money it's about giving each player the opportunity to learn the game from a unique perspective.

Coaching Philosophy:

Coach Sal wants to develop players and to grow them into being the best version of themselves. He believes in pushing kids beyond their level to improve and wants to challenge them to not settle.

Lisa Canavan, 10U Head Coach

Experience:

Coach Lisa has over 18 years of coaching experience. She started on a different diamond coaching travel softball with the Stafford Stingrays. Moving to the baseball diamond when her son Dylan started t-ball. Lisa has coached little league and travel baseball. She brings the high energy and motivates the players to perform at 100% and trusting their ability while building their confidence to believe in themselves.

Coaching Philosophy:

Coach Lisa from a young age believes you have to put in the hard work on and off the field. You need to have discipline, commitment and the drive to play at any level. Her love for the game and helping players grow as teammates and players will set them up for success for the future.

LJ Wehner, 10U Assistant Coach

Experience:

Coach LJ Wehner brings over 13 years of coaching experience, working with players from T-Ball through 16U baseball. His leadership includes years with Little League All-Star teams and competitive travel ball programs, helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. Known for his enthusiasm and dedication, Coach LJ focuses on building both players and people—instilling values that extend far beyond the field.

 

Coaching Philosophy:

Coach LJ believes that success in baseball comes through hard work, commitment, and playing the right way. He emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and respect for the game at every level. His approach combines strong fundamentals with a positive mindset, ensuring that every player grows not only as an athlete but as a teammate and individual. For Coach LJ, baseball is about more than wins—it’s about developing a lifelong love for the sport and learning lessons that last a lifetime.

Sean Hanson, 14U Head Coach

Experience:

Coach Sean has 13 years experience playing baseball through all different levels. Started at t-ball and played till senior year. He's also played on many travel teams as well so he knows how to work and motivate a team.

Coaching philosophy:

Coach Sean is a strong advocate for a growth mindset. He works to instill the belief that abilities can be developed and that progress is the result of effort.

Bob Canavan, 14U Assistant Coach

Experience:

Coach Bob has played baseball from a young age. He was 16 years old when he managed his 1st mens softball team. He has managed multiple teams that won championships. Coach Bob has coached baseball with different organizations and different age levels. Being a lefty things didn't come easy, he was limited to certain positions. Coach Bob was given the opportunity to play 1st base and fell in love with it. Since then he never looked back. He wants to teach players drills for proper positioning and correct footwork for seamless defense. He has the ability to connect with players and understands the struggles and works through them with his soft teaching methods.

Coaching Philosophy:

Coach Bob is a firm believer if you have the knowledge pass it on to those that don't. Communication is a key part of the game and holding each player accountable will only make them better ball players on and off the field.

Kalahie has been is the business world for many years. She has managed and scheduled different events for different organizations. She is committed to making sure everything runs smoothly

Philosophy:

A dedicated administrator and a lifelong baseball enthusiast, Kalahie serves as the Assistant Administrative Manager for the Expos. She will manage day-to-day operations, from overseeing player registration to coordinating league events, with a strong focus on building a supportive and fun environment for young athletes. kalahie's commitment to the game and the community is evident in her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring the organization runs efficiently and effectively

Student Coach Program 

This program is meant for those kids who are interested in coaching. They will be given the opportunity under supervision from our coaches to run practices and games. They will learn leadership, mentorship, and most importantly responsibility.
